SMRTR Proof of Delivery is an easy-to-use solution that handles the entire workflow from when the bill of lading is generated and pushed to a device all the way to the back-office for billing and resolution. The driver uses their tablet or phone to check in the delivery and the customer signs for the order. If there are shortages, extra items, damaged goods or returns, those are recorded electronically with notes and photos. Notifications are then routed to the appropriate department for invoicing, credits, returns or warranty work. An electronic version of the completed BOL is sent to the customer and stored in a repository for retrieval or audits.
Delivery statuses are automatically updated on the Dashboard with links to helpful information. An interactive map provides a visual of each stop and the location of the driver with updates on each delivery status.
